Windows 365 support for New Zealand North

Windows 365 Enterprise and Windows 365 Frontline (Dedicated mode) are now available in the New Zealand North region. This expansion allows organizations in New Zealand and nearby areas to provision Cloud PCs closer to their users, helping improve performance.
