Restore, restart, and troubleshoot actions in the Cloud PCs that aren't available report

You can now use the Bulk device actions command on the Cloud PCs that aren't available report to restore, restart, and troubleshoot actions directly from the report. For more information, see Cloud PCs that aren't available report.
