(Updated) Planned Maintenance: Viva Glint

We’re performing planned maintenance on Viva Glint to improve system performance and reliability.

[When this will happen:]

This maintenance has started and expected to complete by September 30, 2026 (previously June 30, 2026).

This maintenance is scheduled outside of normal business hours to minimize disruption.

[How this affects your organization:]

We are currently pausing the automatic process of Delete signals received from Microsoft Entra and not as a result, we will not be automatically deleting any people data from Viva Glint.

We recognize that “outside of normal business hours” may vary globally and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the service.

[What you can do to prepare:]

We are currently evaluating our systems for processing data subject deletion requests received via Microsoft Entra. During this period, there may be slight delays in processing these requests. However, all requests will be completed within 90 days of resumption of these signals on July 1, 2026.
