Updated June 2, 2026: We have updated the timeline. Thank you for your patience.

[Introduction]

We are releasing the Study Guide feature in Copilot Notebooks to General Availability. Study Guide generates interactive study materials from user‑uploaded documents, including summaries, topic pages, flashcards, quizzes, fill‑in‑the‑blank activities, and matching. The feature is designed to support structured, learning‑focused experiences for learners ages 13 and older. Study Guide is part of Copilot Notebooks and does not require separate admin enablement.

[When this will happen]

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-June 2026 (previously end of May) and expect to complete by end of June 2026 (previously mid-June).
