Power Platform – Update your firewall rules for connector outbound calls
Microsoft announcement
The Backend service that connectors communicate with has IP firewall rules implemented. We identified that your environment has taken a dependency on an exact IP address instead of the service tag or the range defined in the service tag. Managed connectors and custom connectors in Azure Logic Apps or Microsoft Power Platform require access to the outbound IP addresses used by connectors in your datacenter region. If these IP addresses are not allowed through your environment or firewall rules, connector requests may fail.
What action do I need to take?
Please update your firewall rules for connector outbound calls. For more information on this process, please refer to the article: Managed connectors outbound IP addresses.
Why is this action needed?
If action is not taken, connector requests from managed and custom connectors may continue to fail, which can prevent dependent integrations, workflows, or automation scenarios from running successfully.
