Microsoft Viva Copilot Analytics: Agent 365 reporting availability for Microsoft platform agents

[What and Why:]

Customers can now view agent insights in the Agent 365 Dashboard in Microsoft Viva Insights (Copilot Analytics) without an Agent 365 license. Customers will be able to view reporting on their Microsoft platform-built agents in one consolidated picture, along with context on who built each agent and why.

[Rollout Schedule:]

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in mid-October 2026 and expect to complete by late October 2026.

Who is affected:

• Administrators and leaders using Viva Insights Copilot Analytics.
• Organizations with access to the Agent 365 Dashboard.
• Users permitted through Viva Insights VFAM controls.
• Tenants with at least 50 Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium) licenses or 50 Viva Insights licenses assigned.

What will happen:

• Customers will be able to see Agent 365 adoption and engagement data within the Agent Dashboard, alongside existing agent insights. Coverage spans agents built on Microsoft platforms.

• Verify who has access to the Agent 365 Dashboard by reviewing Viva Insights VFAM controls at the user, group, and tenant level.
• Engage your works council or employee representatives if applicable.
• Review existing access to the Agent 365 Dashboard. No new dashboard-specific access control is introduced as part of this update.
