Microsoft announcement

Beginning November 26, 2026, the following computer use models will reach end of support in Microsoft Copilot Studio for agents that use the standard harness and agent flows, and will no longer be available for selection as a model option:
  • OpenAI Computer-Using Agent (CUA)
  • Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5
  • Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6
  • Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6
OpenAI GPT-6 Sol is now generally available for computer use in agents and agent flows with standard harness and can be used instead of the models above. Computer use tools that are not switched to OpenAI GPT-6 Sol and are still configured to use any of these models, will be automatically migrated to OpenAI GPT-6 Sol on November 26, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Beginning November 26, 2026, computer use tools in agents and agent flows that use any of the models listed above will automatically be migrated to GPT-6 Sol. This change applies only to agents and agent flows that use the standard harness. Within the standard harness, it applies everywhere computer use runs, including the hosted browser, bring-your-own-machine, and Cloud PC pools. This migration also applies to standalone computer use tools in agent flows.

GPT-6 Sol is billed at the standard rate of 5 Copilot Credits per step.

You may switch your computer use tools to GPT-6 Sol at any time before the migration date. You will be unable to continue using the retiring models after that date, and their availability can't be extended.

What action do I need to take?
Identify agents and agent flows whose computer use tools use any of the retiring models. Test them with GPT-6 Sol, and check that their instructions, configurations, and the websites and apps they automate still work as expected. Make any needed updates, then select GPT-6 Sol in the model picker before the migration date. Any computer use tool that is still configured to use a retiring model on November 26, 2026, will be migrated to GPT-6 Sol automatically, as described above.
