Microsoft announcement

Salesforce has announced that beginning November 4, 2026, a security change will be enforced for a 30-day idle limit on refresh tokens as outlined in their documentation Security Change: Refresh Token Idle TTL Is Limited to 30 Days. Under this policy, if a Salesforce connection is not used for 30+ days, it can expire and may require re-authentication before associated flows and apps can run again.

We have identified that one or more of your Salesforce connections listed may be at risk if unused. Please note that we used historical data to create this list, so some of these connections may no longer exist in the environment.
